Keep your messages concise, state your order number clearly, and omit any pastel pleasantries. We will ignore the fluff.
The Small Print: "No Regrets" Policy
Physical items: unused, unopened, 14 days. If we sent the wrong thing, we fix it. If you just changed your mind, shipping's on you.
Digital downloads: absolutely zero returns. It's in your brain now. That's on you.
Personalized items: yours forever. Especially if it says Karen.
